A disadvantage of JDiskReport certainly is that it requires the Java Runtime. JDiskReport enables you to understand how much space the files and directories consume on your disk drives, and it helps you find obsolete files and folders. This is the feature I like most about WinDirStat. On the downside, JDiskReport can't sort folders with respect to their size.
